I. Categories of Information We Collect
A. Personal Information. When you play Warbot Assault we may have access to personal infor- mation. This may include:
The name you choose to identify yourself when playing Warbot Assault. We may use your user- name to track your progress and who you play with.
Contact e-mail address
The e-mail address you used to set up your device. We may use your contact e-mail address to respond to error reports or support requests.
Log-in e-mail address
The e-mail address used to register for Warbot Assault. This is used for things like providing social gaming functionality and password recovery.
B. Non-Personal Information. As a result of playing Warbot Assault, information is also collected that we cannot use to identify you. This may include how you use Warbot Assault (e.g. how long you normally play), device information (e.g. model and operating system), mobile network and country. We use Non-Personal Information to study game play and troubleshoot problems.
II. Disclosure of Information
We will not sell your information to any third party. We do work with companies that help us process information so that we can provide the best possible gaming experience. No one company that we work with has access to all of the information described above.
We will disclose personal and Non-Personal Information when required by law or when there is a good faith belief that such action would be necessary to
- conform to any applicable law or to comply with any legal process served upon us,
- investigate potential violations of law or rights of a third party, or
- protect against harm to Warbot Assault, Woo Games or the general public.
We may transfer your information in the event of the sale of substantially all of the assets of our business to a third-party or in the event of a merger, consolidation or acquisition. However, in such event, any acquirer will be subject to the provisions of our commitments to you.
III. Notification of Changes; Effective Date
